Mae cyfathrebu effeithiol rhwng y cartref a'r ysgol yn hanfodol ar gyfer sicrhau cynnydd a llwyddiant ein disgyblion. Trwy weithio gyda'i gilydd, gall rhieni ac athrawon sicrhau bod plant yn derbyn y gefnogaeth a'r arweiniad sydd eu hangen arnynt i gyrraedd eu llawn potensial. Yn Ysgol Ger y Llan, chwiliwn am farn rhieni ar bob achlysur trwy holiaduron , cyfarfodydd tymhorol a pharodrwydd i gwrdd i drafod unrhyw anhawster yn gyflym.  Mae'rr holl elfennau yma yn adeiladu perthynas effeithiol iawn gyda'n rhieni ac yn atgyfnerthu’r bartneriaeth hon.

Effective communication between the home and school is essential for the progress and success of our pupils. By working together, parents and teachers can ensure that children receive the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential. At Ysgol Ger y Llan, we actively seek the views of parents through parent questionnaires, termly parent evenings and a readiness to meet with parents quickly if they have any concerns.  These elements lead to an effective relationship with our parents and strengthens this partnership further.
